Description of Service

Kaza is an AI-powered workflow automation platform for independent photographers. The Service helps photographers manage client leads through a kanban pipeline, capture bookings via public booking forms, and sync confirmed sessions to their connected Google Calendar.

The Service integrates with third-party providers you choose to connect, including Google Calendar and Instagram. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We strive to keep Kaza available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
